Francisco obtained his law degree in Chile after studying Law at Universidad Andrés Bello. He later continued his education in Spain, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws and a Master in Advanced Legal Studies from the University of Barcelona, as well as a Master in Legal Practice from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Economics and Finance from Universidad de Chile and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona).
Francisco leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Zaror Abogados. Prior to joining the firm, he was part of the litigation team at Grasty Quintana Majlis and subsequently worked at Clyde & Co Chile. He previously served as an advisor to the Civil Attorney's Office of the Council for the Defense of the State (Consejo de Defensa del Estado).
In the academic field, he served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Andrés Bello and as a research assistant in the Department of Constitutional Law, as well as a teaching assistant in courses on contract drafting and forensic writing.
His areas of specialization include Litigation in its various forms, encompassing civil and commercial disputes, arbitration, corporate and real estate conflicts, administrative proceedings, and civil liability. He also provides pro bono advisory services on gender and family law matters.
